Blank, shaping, wire cutting, CNC machining, EDM, polishing, assembly: die plate and calibrators fitted together, with progress photographs on request.
Your profile is extruded on one of our three twin-screw test lines, and 300mm or 500mm finished samples are couriered to you. The balance falls due only after you approve the trial.
Export crating and full documents, then support while the die settles into your production.
